The Challenger is designed for the independent athlete who is seeking a change, or those with strong confidence in their broader knowledge of training.

This plan will provide fresh insight on training and race momentum for the athlete who requires a custom-tailored program with regular support from your coach.

This program is suitable for all ages and abilities looking for a change of pace to prepare for their next DARE.

This program is designed specifically for the beginner cyclist/triathlete ideal for anyone that is new to the sport and has never done a bike race/triathlon or those who have completed only a few races and need guidance on how to train more effectively.

Learn the basics from start to finish, from selecting proper equipment to learning to transition and train efficiently. Emphasized focus on drills to improve swimming, bike handling and technique, and proper running mechanics are part of this program.
